Went to view another one last weekend near Elias... That place was nicely renovated but the owner was asking for 420k...
Bro said to offer the valuation price....but don't think they would want to let go leh...Went to checkup on the net for the last transact price at the hdb website...seem like the price was averaged out to be 350k...though there were still some which were sold at a very high price at 380k but there were some which were sold at 320k.....But found that mostly were sold at 350k...
A bit difficult to really compare....esp it's not an apple to apple thing... Maybe can use the DAR method to decide....
