Besides gettng on your nerve sometimes, kids can really surprise you...
Sometimes, the things that the kids say can really amaze you.
It's time to wash up after playing with the sand at the beach for almost 2 hours.
姨姨 asked Aldric to go and drink some water.
Aldric ran to daddy and told daddy that 姨姨 asked daddy to buy "Ice Lemon Tea drink" for him.

Kristine was tired and thus a bit temperamental. She wanted to sleep in her stroller but her stroller was filled up with bags.
Sb:"Kristine 的脸臭臭 ye"
Aldric:"她没有洗脸hor"

We were having our alfresco dinning at LaPaSa after a tiring day at Sentosa.
Aldric was looking and studying intently the menu...
"What do you like to eat, Aldric?", I asked him. He thought about it and then pointed to the fried rice and said, "I want to eat rice."
"Ok, Daddy will order that for you and Kristine", I told him.
After waiting for a while, the food that we ordered arrived. "Ok, Aldric, you can eat your fried rice now."
"This is not what I ordered," Aldric exclaimed, he quickly grabbed the menu and pointed the "Fried rice" to me, "I want to eat this."
"But this is the fried rice that you ordered." I told him. "It's not the same!"
Then I realised that the picture does not match the one on the table.
Kids are very observant and sharp nowadays. They really know what they want. So don't think you can bluff them.

In the car, Aldric looked so weary, you could tell from his "blood-shot" eyes.
"Mummy, I want to drink "naynay"
"Will make your milk when we reach home, ok, mummy hands are full you see, I am carrying meimei."
"Then daddy make "naynay"."
"Daddy also cannot as he is driving, Aldric"
"Then daddy stops the car and makes naynay for me.."
Must really admit that he really thinks fast.
