Can we choose the sex of the baby??

Just how to determine the sex of the baby? Can we choose the sex of the baby?? Below are just some pointers from the expert - Gynae.. Not a foolproof one but definitely worth experimenting..for those who are trying hard for a girl or a boy....

Mmmm personally i feel that there are also other factors which could have also contributed to the final gender of the baby...so this percent adding up that percent and another x percent would make up the 100%.. However, there's really no harm experimenting.....

So here it goes...

For baby boy: Choose ”alkaline” food such as vegetables (green vegetable), fresh fruits and soya bean products. On the other hand, husband should take “acidic” food.

For baby girl: Choose ”acidic” food such as meat, beans, coffee, cheese, eggs, fish and diary products. On the other hand, husband should take “alkaline” food.

That is because
Y chromosome (male) sperm is smaller and lighter, and like alkaline conditions.
X chromosome sperm is larger and are more acid resistant.

The normal vaginal pH is acidic.

Therefore, all factors manipulating the conditions of the vagina pH will affect whether the X or Y chromosome sperm get to the egg first.

(All normal mature eggs contain only one X chromosome (the female sex chromosome). Sperms may carry a Y (male) chromosome or an X chromosome. A female baby results when an X sperm fertilizes the egg, resulted with XX, while a boy results when a Y sperm fertilizes the egg, resulted with XY.)

Whatever it is, wish all those who are trying to conceive all the best of luck!
