So happy today as I am going to nanny's place with my little sister.

Going for Pneumococcal Vaccine

Went to Pasir ris polyclinic for the Pneumococcal Vaccine. I was really scared. The thought of the needle is giving me the jitters but I was determined to prove to mummy that I am a brave boy. I clenched my teeth as the needle penetrated into my thigh. Arrrr, before I uttered any word, the jab was over. I was glad that I didn't cry. I quickly ran over to the adjacent room. Daddy and meimei were in that room. I told daddy that I didn't cry. Meimei was waiting for the nurse to give her the second dose of the vaccine. I told meimei not to cry, forgetting that I was so tense a while ago.

Meimei gave a whimper when the nurse pricked meimei's thigh with the pointed needle.

At last, both meimei and I had our vaccinations. Mummy said she was very proud of me and gave me a kiss on my cheek.

I told ah ma that meimei cried a little bit but I didn't. I am so proud of myself.

Daddy asked if I wanted to go for the chicken pox vaccination. What's that?

Goodbye teachers, goodbye my friends at Talent Plus

Today is the last day of school. Thou it's a short stint at Talent Plus, I am going to miss my Teachers and friends.

Today is the last second week of school... Time flies. I will miss all my friends in my playgroup... I will miss Anqin, Yelu, Abigal, Mykel, Raniel, Karl, Kim, Jane, Junmin, Hasini...

I am so happy today as my mum was with me today. She was helping to take photos and video shots of us. Yippee!

我的美不美?

Aldric and Kristine were working on some colouring one day...

Aldric looked at his and Kristine's master artworks and said, "我的美美，你的也美美。"

Unexpectedly, Kristine retorted, "美不是自己说的，是别人讲的。 你要问我美不美。"

Aldric stopped his colouring and asked his dearest Jie Jie obediently, "Kristine Jie Jie, 我的美hor?"

Giving a quick peep at his colouring work, Kristine shook her head and quipped, "你的不美"

Upon hearing that, Aldric cried out, "我的美! 我的美! 我的美!"

Ah Gong: Don't colour out of the line, Aldric...

Aldric: I didn't. I didn't colour on the table.

Ah Gong: Huh?

Mummy: Ah Gong is not referring to the border of the paper, Aldric.

Mummy: Can you draw elephant?

Aldric drew something on the A4 paper.

Mummy: Where's the elephant trunk, dear?

Aldric: It's too long, I have no space....(Implying his paper is too small)

Mummy: Where's the elephant's ears?

Aldric: There, it's there. (Then he pointed at his drawing.)

Toilet training

Yesterday, you woke up in the middle of the nite to vomit again... Think you had too much cake that night... It's grandma's 58th bday that day..

But that's not the main point .. After vomitting, thought u are going straight to bed, then u said u wanted to pass urine..

"You can urinate on your diaper dear...," I told you without thinking..

You looked at me and cried, "等一下，我被骂" (I will get scolding..)

Then I knew that you wanted to go to the toilet to pass urine.. Alamak, you must be thinking that why adult always say one thing and do one thing...??


This morning, I was quite surprised to find that your diaper is dry.

A field day @ Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve

A nature trip to Sungei Buloh Reserve on 07 Nov 2009 after a sumptuous lunch at Carl's Junior ...

Guess what I saw 5 monitor lizards!! No kidding, there were so many... I also saw a squirrel... The only things that got on my nerve were the iritating mosquitoes!! I have to shake my head, shake my legs and hands to chase them away...but I still got bitten on my forehead.

Ah ma said we were there to feed the mosquitoes and she was right, I saw a lot of them following daddy and Ah Gong..there were also a lot of mosquitoes buzzing around meimei too...

I said 'Go away, go away, don't bite meimei.."
