At school, we were taught how to do some simple exercises every morning... Some can be simple but some can be really difficult..
I can touch my knees, I can swing my arms.... I can do head rotation....but I couldn't do the sit-ups..:(
I was trying to do sit-up that day but i can't get up even though I have used up all my strength....
In the end, mummy has to push me in order to complete my sit-ups... :)
