Mei Mei had a bad cough for nearly 2 weeks.
"No orange for you. Wait till you recover from your cough." Ah Gong shook his head when Mei Mei asked from him for her favourite orange.
She knitted her brows. She liked to do that as if she was in deep thoughts.
"I want to give orange to daddy." She told Ah Gong.
"Ok, Ah Gong will give it to your daddy..."
Ah Gong took 1 slice of orange and walked into the living room. Mei Mei followed faithfully behind him. And sure enough, Ah Gong gave one slice of orange to her daddy.
Mei Mei climbed up onto the sofa and snuggled close to her daddy after Ah Gong went back to his room.
"Daddy, can I have a little?"
I told her that she cannot eat, else she would have to eat her medicine.
She whinned and said that she had already taken her medicine.
"Mei Mei eats medicine already...Mei Mei eats medicine already."
"Sshh, just a little bit..." Her daddy gave her a little bit...
"Sshhh..." She imitated her daddy. She smiled, satisfied that she had gotten what she wanted.
This blog is written to capture the precious moments in the lives of our baby. It's a pity we didn't really track all the different milestones of his development, however, will try to recall all his exciting moments, hoping that one day, our little one will come in to this blog and reminisce together with us those special moments...

Don't swallow the seeds
Aldric and Aislin were busy eating grapes one day.
"Mei Mei, be careful that you don't swallow the seeds, if not,you will have tree growing on your head!"

Mummy loves Gou Gou, not Mei mei
Maybe I have unwittingly sent the wrong signals to my little girl that I don't love her as much as I love her brother. So when she was asked whether Mummy loved her or not..She said that Mummy loves Gou Gou... not Mei mei...
Kids are so impressionable. Even though I tried to bond with her as much as possible, she still feel that I don't love her as much. And her brother will always tell her that Mummy loves him more...and he will always fight with Mei Mei for my attention...which made her think that Mummy don't love her.
So sad...

A dazzling night!
It's the mid-autumn festival again and the moon is at its roundest! It's a pity that Kristine Jie Jie didn't join us this year...but I still had great fun carrying the lantern in the drizzling rain with my little sister, of course with my daddy and mummy.
