What CNY means now...

Has cny really lost its charm when u grow older. I still enjoy the feeling of gathering together as one big family.
This is the only time when u can get together and talk about your latest happenings. Well, actually prefer to stay at one place where everybody is there and don't really like to travel from one place to another. But the tradition cny is to visit one another during cny.
esp if you are not close to the relatives...u would not wish to visit them cos it's really meaningless as u will always hear the old things like
when are u getting married, or when are u getting a bf or gf... Forget if u are already married, they will still ask u the same questions every year...
Maybe when one grows older, your perspective of life changes too. things u used to enjoy may be of less interest to u now...sigh..maybe also because now don't play as much as last time...

Aldric falls sick again

It's all started with a cold, then sneezes, then cough...
It's been 2 weeks and your cough seems to worsen...Guessed it was also because you have been eating a lot of 'junk food' like bagua during the CNY. Brought you to see the doctor the third time. So be good lah, don't eat too much 'junk food' ok...Must learn to resist to temptations lehhh....though i know it's difficult for you...

Outings

Brought you to East Coast to play sand again. You were very noti. You actually drank the sea water and poured the water over yourself. Daddy said should have let you wear your swimming trunk. Will remember that... You were so noti that day, still want to play with the sand after the washing up.

New Year 208

It's another new year...you have grown to a big boy now. You are pretty smart and picking up things very fast... You know how to ask for money to play your favourite ping pong ball game...

You know where the sweets are and will always ask us to open the container for you.
You like to watch dog show, you can glue to the PC without wanting the leave the seat. You like to sing karaoke, will sing non-stop when u are in the good mood...

You like the lion dance a lot. Though you are scare of the loud noise, you would want us to carry u to see the lion dance.

Brought u to East Coast Park to play sand last Sunday... Kristine, Xiang Xiang and also your Xiao JiuMu were there too.

At Ah Gong's place during Chinese New Year

DaBei Gong was hospitalised...

Your grandpa called to say that your DaBei Gong was admitted to TTSH. We went to visit him on Saturday morning 02/02. He was not in good shape. Heard that he suffered from stroke and fell while he was trying to walk to his bed.

Brought you to visit him again on the second day of new year. Learned that he will need to go for physiotheraphy for 1-2 months...as advised by the doctor.

Just wish him a speedy recovery..
