Though we started off on a drizzling morning, it does not dampen our day at the zoo.
Despite going to the zoo for the Nth number of times, I still love to go to the zoo. The feeling was so different each time I visited the zoo, esp this time round, Aislinn, grandma and grandpa were also there!
Splish! Splash! Aislinn was having loads of fun!
What a fun day!
This blog is written to capture the precious moments in the lives of our baby. It's a pity we didn't really track all the different milestones of his development, however, will try to recall all his exciting moments, hoping that one day, our little one will come in to this blog and reminisce together with us those special moments...

My "Mementoes"
I was exhilarated when I saw the signboard of Lyo and Merly. You see, I am a big supporter of YOG.
"Mummy, it's Lyo and Merly!"
"Mummy, there are a lot of caterpillars on the signboard!" I alerted mummy after I sat down between Lyo and Merly for my phototaking. Little did I know that there were a lot of 'mini-beasts' lurking on the chair...I am totally oblivious of them even when they slithered up my pants...
Don't belittle those little caterpillars...They can really cause much 'alarm'. Mummy was shocked when she saw all those little caterpillars and she quickly helped to shake off those 'little caterpillars' off my pants...
These 'mementoes' of this family trip that I brought back, had really caused a lot of alarm to my daddy and mummy when we got back. My skin became reddish and I couldn't stop scratching. My buttock and my legs started to show symptoms of 'HFM disease'.
"Alamak, so red and such a large patch! What if teacher checked and said you cannot attend her class on Monday.."
"Ms Mas (his form teacher) don't check buttock!" you consoled me.
Guess where did we go this weekend? Museum!
It's a sweltering hot day. I was perspiring but I had a fun time posing for mummy to take my photos along the way to the Asian Civilisation Museum at Empress Place.
Ya, it's a long walk from Raffles City to Empress Place...
We finally reached our destination at around 3, but we had already missed much of the activities like kite and batik-making, even all the ice-creams were fully redeemed... Nevertheless, the visit to the museum did not fall short of my expectations as I had fun time immerging myself in the different cultures and religions of Malays, Indians and Chinese in the galleries. Though I didn't get to make my own personal kite, I managed to get a close-up with the 'Tiger' mascot.
On the hindsight, I liked to go to the museum as it gave me an inexplicable sense of bonding with my daddy and mummy.
