I showed Mummy where to shishi..
Today I showed Mummy where to 'shishi', urine, I pulled down my pant and aim at the potty, and after that, I just wore my pants back. I am so proud of myself.

Panna Cotta (Italian Creme Brulee)
Hi all
Interested to make your own Panna Cotta? It's an italian custard. You can also serve with raspberries or blueberries on top. Try it, it really tastes as good as those served at restaurant!
Panna Cotta (Italian Creme Brulee)
Ingredient
=========
heavy cream milk (100ml)
water 25ml
sugar (2 tbls)
salt (1/8)
gelatine 7g (1 packet) - 凝固粉
buttermilk (200ml)
Orange juice (200ml) -
Steps
=======
1) Combine heavy cream, water, suger and salt in a saucepan and heat.
2) Stiring over medium heat to dissolve the suger,
3) Do not boil the mixture.
4) Remove the heat
5) Add gelatine to the cream mixture, blending well
6) Allow the mixture to cool and stir in buttermilk and juice
7) Pour into ramekins, cover and refrigerator for 3 hrs or util set
